Robert advises clients on all areas of dispute resolution, whether involving litigation, arbitration, mediation, or proceedings before administrative or regulatory bodies. He counsels clients located throughout the United States, Europe, and the Americas. Robert is fluent in Spanish and advises clients in both languages.
An experienced litigator, Robert’s areas of expertise include both intellectual property litigation (trademark, trade dress, copyright, patent, and anti-piracy litigation), and complex commercial litigation (whether involving unfair competition, employment law, real estate and construction litigation, mass tort, or complex trusts and estates). Robert also manages trademark portfolios for his clients.
While he regularly practices before numerous federal courts and international tribunals, he is equally adept at navigating clients through New York State courts, whether in New York City, or Nassau, Suffolk, or Westchester Counties. Robert has successfully represented corporations, individuals and estates in jury trials, bench trials, FINRA and AAA arbitrations, as well as administrative proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
